Want to help out at The Pond?
We often get questions about volunteering, and while we are not able to offer stable volunteer positions, we always appreciate and could use the help.
Aside from hosting and organizing a specific event –which you can always reach out to us about– here are some specific things that you could do if you wish!
A list of things that need to be done!
There is absolutely no obligation to volunteer your time and energy in this way! This is simply for those looking to help. This list is compiled here for you to see clearly what makes sense with your skills and experience, and discover where we can meet in time and energy capacity, and ideas.

Aside from events, we are looking for opportunities to foster community, connect people, and have resources easily accessible to queer people who come through The Pond. These are some of our ideas, but if you have more, don’t hesitate to reach out.
A zine that details an overview of resources for new in denmark/new to the community people. This can include vital guidence and resources, but also online groups, websites detailing events, queer groups, regular events etc. (f.ex. if you gather the information, we can design and print)
Use our community board for anything you wish! This could be as simple as events, but also if you have a question, a thing you need help with or are looking for. Nothing is too small or too big to go on the board!
