Are you struggling to concentrate or complete some tasks?
On Wednesday 21st of May (from 11:00-14:00) we will be hosting our third community co-working session. You can bring things like homework, forms you need to fill out, job applications, or another task you’ve been procrastinating or struggling with.
Body doubling means working alongside other people who are also working on a task.
It can give us motivation, create structure, and increase our focus.
While it is especially helpful for people with ADHD, anxiety, or depression, it can be a useful strategy for anyone!
Feel free to bring time toys, noise-cancelling headphones and other aids.
By using a guided pomodoro method and calming music, we'll create an environment for focus and breaks as needed.
The session is facilitated by gin maría <3 Thank you for bringing body doubling to The Pond!
