Body Doubling Session

Admin Party!

Let’s do the admin tasks we’ve been procrastinating, together! 

Things like booking appointments, responding to emails, applying for grants/jobs, sorting out our calendar, etc. Bring your to-do list, treats, and grab a warm drink at the café. You can share your what your tasks with the others and check in at the end. Or simply be inspired in silence by the energy everyone else around you, working away.

Remember your headphones, stim toys or other aids that help you get in the zone!

Body Doubling

Are you struggling to concentrate or complete some tasks? 

We host community co-working sessions! You can bring things like homework, forms you need to fill out, job applications, or another task you’ve been procrastinating or struggling with.

  • Body doubling means working alongside other people who are also working on a task.

  • It can give us motivation, create structure, and increase our focus.

  • While it is especially helpful for people with ADHD, anxiety, or depression, it can be a useful strategy for anyone!

Feel free to bring stim toys, noise-cancelling headphones and other aids.

By using a guided pomodoro method and calming music, we'll create an environment for focus and breaks as needed.

Note: The Pond has small stairs down and is not accessible for wheelchair users :(
