“The book club started because we wanted to discuss Whipping Girl, and it grew from there. We read all sorts of gender related books, mostly theoretical and academic works, from Julia Serano to Talia Bhatt and from bell hooks to Ursula K. Le Guin's speculative fiction. So far we haven't dared to tackle Judith Butler yet, but we'll get there someday ;)
