Mending Clothes & Accessories

Your sweater has procured a hole, a button on a jacket has fallen off, there is a stain on one of your t-shirts –maybe there is a way to bring new life to your favorite clothing items?

At this meeting of STITCH we’ll be sharing knowledge and ideas on how to mend clothes or accessories. In the aim to prolong the life of clothes and even transform them into something new we can avoid trashing perfectly fine garments and maybe even make them… cooler? All that’s needed is stitch-ing.

We will provide cloth, thread, needles, yarn, and buttons. If you have a specific vision for your project we encourage you to bring your own materials, along with the item(s) you’d like to restore.
